Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s the weather, but I’ve caught myself napping everywhere, while there’s a load of stuff waiting to get done!

Last Sunday of course was busy with the opening of Raul Crimsons Exhibit at Kirkness Art Centre, followed the opening of Cerdwin Flanagans Exhibition at Desperation Vampkiss, then the opening of the Crazy Carnival of Discounts at Ursa Major and I finished off the weekend by the in-world Birthday Party of a friend…
I’ve sure had lots of fun

But that’s not really why I’m napping pretty much everywhere: on the train to work, the train back home, the queue at the register, at work in the restroom… soon as I have a moment to myself, my brain switches to numbness and I quickly doze off, or mindlessly stare in the distance.

I think I’m napping so often because I want to be on SL®, while my RL day-to-day schedule is claiming more and more time… there’s just not enough time in a day, or enough energy in my body to keep me going.
Not really abnormal, but not much fun either, and killing when you think I am actually very eager to tackle all the stuff that’s waiting to get done, both RL and SL®

Probably I shouldn’t be saying it, but I’m tempted to not search a new job when the contract of this job ends and can’t be renewed. Luckily I’m aware that’s not an option at all. I need a job to pay my rents.
Just that I admit I miss being on SL® for hours during a day, (almost) every day of the week, and just hang out a bit, build a bit, make some SL®-Photography…

My biggest project remains finishing my house at Ursa Major. I’m just not managing to make decent progress there.
To at least manage something I’ve already picked and placed out some pieces of furniture.
Besides the house there’s the massive amount of work still waiting to be done about re-branding to Aquila, I’ve asked Vint to help make a kick-ass logo, but that’s for after she’s back from London.
The number of snapshots waiting to get a wee bit of some post processing in PS are climbing more rapidly then ever, so even though I’m a bit less focused right now when it comes to SL®-Photography, there’s more then enough in stock to play with when the Spring of Creativeness starts to flow again.

I should also make work of customising this blog some more, and my new Plurk!
I really like Plurk so far, and am trying to be a good Plurker. I’ve got some info from Khamudy and Dingo, and also searched a bit of CSS 101 online, and I think I should be able to work on it.

So, I’m gonna take a 2nd extra-long-weekend (had one just now, to search and pack up stuff for the Crazy Carnival Yard Sale), and hopefully I’ll be able to downsize my “to-do” list pile… and get some rest as well
