Limitations @ work

I don’t have internet access on my personal computer at work, but 3 of my collegues do, so I usually go on theirs around lunchtime and check my Hotmail, Flickr, KoinUp, this blog and several other sites.
Or, when work is slow (like it has been in August) I can spend an hour or sometimes more surfing (but shhhh: don’t tell anybody!).

So far, I never had any problems, I even watched some events of the Olympic Games streamed live here on Belgiums Flemmish sports channel Sporza.
But today, when I tried going on Flickr, it stated I wasn’t allowed :(
Something to do with our servers not allowing me to log in…

I know some of the pictures on Flickr can be M-rated, sometimes even have suggestive or totally X-rated pictures. But… the way I use it, Flickr is a relatively safe site, so I’m wondering as to why I’m having this problem… But: I can check my profile, peoples pictures etc… just can’t log in.
There’s no restrictions on other sites, and all other sites owned by Yahoo seem to work as I assume they should…

I know that working for the government also means all puters are equipped with good protection software, and from time to time even suporvised puters depending on the government institute, so no classified information can be passed on or something (I don’t have that, but I know it’s done from somebody I know who works at an other goverment institute)

I also know I shouldn’t be complaining: at least I can go online at my collegues puter, which is great!
But it did struck me as wierd that all of a sudden I can’t log in anymore

So: why just Flickr?
It’s not like I visited it too often or something like that…
